Moving and Delivery Refund Policy

At MooVee, we strive to provide exceptional moving and delivery services to our valued customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our moving and delivery services. By using our services, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1.1 Cancellation: If you need to cancel your moving or delivery service, you must provide notice at least 2 days before the scheduled service date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost.

1.2 Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Depending on the circumstances and availability, rescheduling may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 15% of the service cost.

2. Service Failure and Compensation:
2.1 Service Failure: In the unlikely event that we fail to meet our obligations as agreed upon in the service contract (e.g., loss or damage to items, significant delays), please report the issue to our customer support team immediately.
2.2 Compensation: We will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the service failure. If the failure is attributed to our negligence, we will work with you to provide appropriate compensation or a refund for the affected service.

3. Refunds for Unused Services:
3.1 Unused Services: If you have paid for a specific moving or delivery service but do not use it, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service.
3.2 Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund of unused services, you must notify us at least 2 days before the scheduled service date. Refunds for unused services will be subject to a processing fee of 5% of the service cost.

4. Insurance Coverage:
4.1 Insurance Option: We offer insurance coverage for items being transported. If you choose to purchase insurance, please review our separate insurance policy for details on coverage, limitations, and the claims process.
4.2 Claims Process: In the event of loss or damage to insured items during the moving or delivery process, you must file a claim within 14days of the service completion. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, provide compensation as per the terms of the insurance policy.

5. Refund Request Process:
5.1 Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team, providing relevant details and documentation (if applicable).
5.2 Processing Time: We will process refund requests within 14 business days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid refund request.
5.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
6.1 Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website.
6.2 Notification: In the event of significant changes to the refund policy, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers through email or other appropriate means.
